The Prep cooks ensure we use the freshest ingredients, follow sanitation guidelines, and prep recipes to standard to maintain product consistency. The Prep Cook will also assist customers with orders, serve food to customers if needed, fill the display cases as needed, and assist in the cleaning of the department. Previous BBQ cook/dishwasher experience is a PLUS!
 

Part-time and full-time positions available. Weekend availability is required.

Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. Previous BBQ cook/dishwasher experience is a PLUS!
